My site self-pleasure for women has so far gone in to the techniques and aids that ladies can use to gain greater stimulation and therefore better orgasms through self-pleasure. A recent article in an English newspaper claimed that 95% of all women were not happy with the body in one way and another. Hey, girls we all have an area of our bodies that we hate. I for one have lumpy horrible cellulite thighs among other things.

All women should love to learn to love their own bodies
must have confidence in yourself and be comfortable in your own skin. Unfortunately for many women that isn’t the case. There are a number of factors for this.
It doesn’t help when you look in magazines and see skinny, airbrushed models wearing expensive clothes looking glamorous; the modern world seems to worship the perfect body and if you have low self esteem it is easy to believe that you are too tall, fat or unattractive
Girls, we are own worst critics picking up every small real or perceived fault with ourselves. We have all been a slave to the scale or checked the mirror more times that is healthy trying to work out why we look the way we do and if we think we are attractive enough. If we are not happy with our own body then we can’t get the most from it.
Whatever your body shape you are attractive and you are beautiful. You don’t have to be thin to be attractive! Women the first step is to be confident, appreciate your own body. Whatever you believe is true there is someone out there who finds you attractive. Beauty is not all about looks but confidence and believing in your own self-worth.
The trick lady is to recognise that your body is unique, enjoy and love it. Look at yourself and focus on the good details. People will focus on the good and not the bad. Believe in yourself and then you will see that everything else will follow.

VERY important information. As a H. Priestess that is involved with women's mysteries, I teach young girls about positive body image and women! This is so true when sexually pleasuring yourself and if you have partner. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE IMAGES THAT THE AMERICAN MEDIA SATURATES US WITH, these are FALSE images, these women are bringing great harm to themselves and to their bodies by following the dictates of this culture. We are all beautiful no matter the size, shape or color. It all rests on what YOU THINK about YOU that will allow one to have a positive body image and positive self esteem. Love what you have and you will celebrate who YOU ARE. Others will follow!
One of the major keys to a healthy and vibrant sex life and love partner ship is to have a joyful, loving and positive love/sexual relationship with ones image in the mirror and with your self!
Take it one step at a time, if some healing from past wounds needs to take place seek therapy, either through traditional paths or more progressive ones such as a spiritual coach or counselor. You can do it !

This is totally true. As a man I can tell you every man has a different code for what turns his head. I have workers who only want an overweight woman with an oversize tush! I listen to men comment on women I think are plumb ugly. To them she is "hot!" Us men have no absolute standard other than boobs / butt / legs / smile (the most important body part).
The desire of Madison Avenue to present us with the "perfect lust object female" changes, if you notice. Not a single model is near as pretty in real life as she is with a high dollar make-up "artist" / air brushing / proper lighting / super expensive clothes and shoes–touting some booze / car / look they are selling to men. She is really the icing on the cake of a man's desire for "things."
